This post is the second in a series about im2latex : its goal is to explain. Code is available on github. Though designed for image to LaTeX im2latex challengeit could be used for standard seq2seq with very little effort.
This converter converts a kramdown element tree into LaTeX. It supports all available element types except the HTML specific ones. There are also some other options that can be used to customize the generated LaTeX output.
I had to figure all this out the hard way — by lots of trial and error, if you follow this guide it should be easy for you. There are a few points to make: I have used every EndNote version since 4, but when I did my thesis I used version 9. This guide should work for other versions, unless Endnote have drastically changed something.

The tex2jax preprocessor can be configured to look for whatever markers you want to use for your math delimiters. Fortunately, LaTeX has a variety of features that make dealing with references much simpler, including built-in support for citing references. However, a much more powerful and flexible solution is achieved thanks to an auxiliary tool called BibTeX which comes bundled as standard with LaTeX. BibTeX provides for the storage of all references in an external, flat-file database. BibLaTeX uses this same syntax.
